Nourish to Heal
Caring for your body as holy ground
An embodied approach to healing through food, faith, and gentle rhythms of care.
Your body holds stories too.
Often, our relationship with food, movement, and self-image carries echoes of what we’ve walked through—messages we’ve absorbed, pain we’ve stored, and coping strategies we’ve needed to survive.
This isn’t a diet. This isn’t a reset or a rigid plan.
This is a gentle return—reconnecting you with your body, your story, and God’s presence in both.
Nourish to Heal is a one-on-one coaching experience for those longing to heal their relationship with food and body through grace, not shame. We’ll explore what you’ve carried, what you’ve been taught, and what it looks like to nourish yourself from a place of love and alignment with God’s truth.
Available Two Ways:
Stand-Alone Coaching Experience
This 3-month journey is designed to support those seeking healing in their relationship with food, body, and self-worth. Together, we’ll explore what it means to care for your body not as a project to fix, but as a sacred vessel of God’s love and presence.
You’ll receive:
6 one-on-one sessions (60–75 min)
The full Nourish to Heal workbook
Story-based journaling prompts and reflections
Support around sustainable rhythms of nourishment and rest
Building rhythms around food, movement, and body image
Gentle between-session care and encouragement
Optional Add-On to Story-Centered Coaching
If you’re currently working with me through my core coaching package, Nourish to Heal is available as an add-on for those who want to gently tend to the body alongside emotional and spiritual healing.
You’ll receive:
One focused session around nourishment and body care
A simplified Nourish to Heal resource guide
Gentle prompts integrated into your existing sessions
Optional rhythm-building support (i.e. food, hydration, rest) that aligns with your story work
This version is light and spacious—designed to complement, not overwhelm, your deeper healing process.
This is for you if any of these are true:
You long for a peaceful, grace-based approach to health that aligns with your faith
You’ve struggled with cycles of control, shame, or disconnection around food or your body
You received a diagnosis and need help implementing the instructions your doctors have given
You’re ready to tend to your body as a meaningful part of your healing—not apart from it
Your body is not separate from your story.
This is your invitation to come home to who God says you are—fully.
To honor the story your body has carried.
To listen, to nourish, and to receive the kind of care that reflects God’s love for all of you.
