Your guide in healing what hurts—so you can live whole and free.

A safe haven, a refuge, offering space for hope, gratitude, and grace on your journey.

To live a life aligned with God’s heart for you—a life of freedom, healing, and wholeness—you must first be willing to tell the truth and be open to receiving from Him. That begins by slowing down, becoming still, and gently turning toward the quiet places within.

It’s tender work: sitting with your story, naming what’s been hidden—letting light touch what’s been in the dark— and making space for the Holy Spirit to guide you through what surfaces, even in the moments of resistance.

What stories have you carried alone? What stories have shaped how you see yourself and how you move through the world? What have you believed about yourself that God never said?

Healing and lasting transformation begin on the inside. You may feel it before you can name it—like a subtle shift in the air. You don’t have to see the whole path clearly. You only need to take the next kind, curious step.

Together, we’ll ask questions, explore with compassion, and hold space for what God reveals, trusting that He’ll meet us in every layer we uncover. Though our sessions will be virtual, my prayer is that you feel truly at home—seen, safe, and supported every step of the way.

You’ve been holding it all together—showing up, staying responsible, doing what’s expected. On the outside, things look fine. Maybe even good. You’re grateful for how far you’ve come… and yet, there’s a quiet ache underneath it all. A longing for something more—more joy, peace, and connection with who you truly are.

Maybe life hasn’t unfolded the way you hoped. Maybe you experienced loss or received a diagnosis. Or maybe you can't quite name what feels off. But somewhere inside, you sense there are parts of your story—unspoken, unseen—that are still shaping how you show up in the world. You’re tired. Not just from doing too much, but from carrying things alone for too long.

Deep down, you know: something needs to shift. Not simply on the surface, but from within.

The first step is always the hardest, but you won’t be taking it alone.

Your most authentic self isn’t lost—just buried beneath what you've had to carry.

Together, we will…

Recognize

With gentleness and curiosity, we’ll begin by noticing where you are right now—what’s rising to the surface, what’s feeling tender, and what’s quietly asking for attention. This is not about fixing but about truly seeing.

Remember

We’ll explore the stories you’ve lived—spoken and unspoken—and begin to uncover the beliefs they’ve shaped. Through reflection and care, we’ll trace these roots with compassion, inviting understanding rather than judgment.

Reframe

In God’s presence, we’ll hold space for truth to meet the places where shame or fear once lived. As He speaks into your story, He’ll help you to reframe what you believe about yourself, your worth, and your future.

Restore

From this place of clarity and grace, we’ll create soul-aligned rhythms—practical, peaceful, and sustainable. These aren’t just routines; they’re ways of living that support the wholeness God is restoring in you.

FAQs

  • If you want to live a more intentional, joyful life and you’re willing to reframe your experiences and challenge limiting inner narratives in light of God’s truth and grace, then I’m here for you.

  • No. While I have experience leading people as they rebuild their lives following great loss and disappointment, my services are not just for those circumstances.

Oftentimes, when we are finding it difficult to accomplish our goals or make the progress we desire in life, there is a deeper story beneath the surface. Together, we will explore your core belief systems and what may be holding you back so that you can begin to show up more fully in every area of your life.

  • Everything you do is telling a story. The beliefs you carry and the ways you show up in the world are often shaped by past experiences. You have a part to play. You get to decide what kind of story you want your mind, your body, your routines, your life to tell—and if it's the one that aligns with God’s greater story of redemption.

By engaging with your story through writing exercises, reflecting, and allowing God to help you reframe your experiences, you can begin to learn your core motivations, why you do (or don’t) live in a particular manner, and take steps to create new beliefs and patterns that will help you move toward the future you desire. To do that, we need guidance and support to experience true transformation. I’m here to walk with you along the way.

  • As a Christ-centered coach, my coaching style is designed to tend to the spirit-mind-body connection. • The initial time commitment is six to eight (6-8) weeks. We will meet once a week for 90 minutes, and you will have to-dos along the way to aid you on your journey.

The main point of contact in between sessions will be via email; however, we may also connect via a messaging platform once or twice per week if you would like.

After the initial commitment, we can continue to explore opportunities for more long-term support.
